Terms of Service
Welcome to RetroGames. These Terms govern your access to and use of the retrogames.tech4granted.com website and the games playable on it (together, the “Service”). RetroGames lets you play classic games for free, directly in your web browser — there is nothing to buy and nothing to download. By using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. Who we are

2. Free to play
Every game on RetroGames is free to play in your browser. We do not sell games, charge for access, or process any payments. Games run in your browser using an embedded emulator; we simply serve the game files to your browser.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to create an account. If you are under the age of majority in your country, you confirm that a parent or legal guardian has reviewed and agreed to these Terms on your behalf. We may refuse, suspend, or close accounts we reasonably believe belong to underage users.
4. Accounts (optional)
You can browse and play without an account. If you do create one:
- You are responsible for keeping your login credentials, passkeys, and two-factor codes secure.
- Tell us at [email protected] as soon as you suspect unauthorised access.
- One person, one account. Don't create multiple accounts to evade moderation.
5. Game content and intellectual property
The games available on RetroGames remain the property of their respective rights holders. We make titles available for play where we believe we have the right to do so. If you are a rights holder and believe a game has been made available in error, contact [email protected] and we will review and, where appropriate, remove it promptly.
You agree to use the games for personal, non-commercial enjoyment only. You will not attempt to download, extract, redistribute, or re-host the game files served by the Service, or use them outside of the in-browser player we provide.
6. Acceptable use
You agree not to: probe or stress-test our infrastructure, scrape the site outside of features we offer publicly, run automated tools that hit our endpoints at abnormal volume, impersonate other people, or interfere with anyone else's use of the Service.
7. Save data
In-browser save states are stored locally on your own device by the emulator. We do not keep your game progress on our servers, and clearing your browser data may erase your saves. Keep your own backups of anything important.
8. Suspension and termination
We can suspend or terminate your account and refuse further service if we reasonably believe you have broken these Terms — for example, abuse of our infrastructure or harassment of other users or our team. You can close your account at any time by contacting [email protected].
9. Service availability
We try to keep the site running smoothly, but we don't guarantee uninterrupted access. Maintenance, network outages, and force-majeure events may all temporarily affect the Service.
10. Disclaimers
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, to the maximum extent permitted by law. We don't warrant that the Service will be error-free or that any specific game will run on any specific device or browser.
11. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, RetroGames will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data arising out of your use of the Service. Because the Service is free, we have no monetary liability to you for its use.
12. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we'll update the date at the top of this page. Continued use of the Service after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
13. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Kenya. Any dispute that can't be resolved by talking to us first will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Kenya.
